Annabell Real
Real estate, edit only
The client
Annabell Real is an estate agency selling land and property. They film their listings themselves and needed that footage turned into something people actually stop for.
What we do
Editing only. The footage is the agency's own, we did not shoot it. We take what they send and cut it into a reel that reads in the first second: where the plot sits, how big it is, what is around it.
Edit built from the client's own footage
Cut for the feed, hook in the first second
Colour and sound finished for social
Result
Raw listing footage turned into one reel you can understand without reading the listing.
